Adminspace

Manage workspaces, users, authentication, apps, AI access, and core platform settings as a SuperAdmin.

Adminspace is the SuperAdmin area for platform governance. Use it to control who can access Automate, which services are available, and which credentials or AI providers users can use.

Open Admin Panel from your profile area. The admin sidebar appears with Admin at the top and Back to App when you want to return to the normal workspace.

Adminspace uses its own sidebar for platform administration, with Back to App to return to the workspace.

A safe Adminspace workflow

For citizen-admins and operations teams:

  1. Decide the business outcome first, such as “give Finance access to the invoice workspace”.
  2. Check whether the change belongs to workspace membership, role permissions, app access, or AI access.
  3. Make the smallest change that solves the outcome.
  4. Test with a user who has the target role.
  5. Record what changed, especially for production workspaces.
